About Stranded Objects 6
These works depict artificial drift material that has been subtly altered by water and weather. Since all the objects found are made of plastic, traces of their original use remain visible. The question of how much plastic waste the environment can still endure is just as pressing as the fact that plastic has been an integral part of our society since its invention in 1870.
